📦 Shipping

Online orders are fulfilled in-house by Cuppino. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding Swedish holidays), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 3 business days of purchase. Please note: the shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time, and do not account for the time it takes us to pack your delicious Italian goodies.

We pack and ship orders in the order they are received. All of our shipping is through PostNord or DHL. We currently ship within Sweden only.

 Shipping Rates

 Standard Flat Rate for orders under 600 kr: 99 kr

 FREE SHIPPING for all orders 600 kr and over.

Free local pick-up and delivery is also available in Malmö.

Pick-up orders can be arranged by contacting us at info@cuppino.it
If you need your order same-day in Malmö, please shoot us an email and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Delivery Times

  - Malmö area: 1-2 business days
  - Greater Stockholm: 2-3 business days
  - Rest of Sweden: 3-5 business days

You'll receive a tracking number or an estimation of the delivery (if you reside in Malmö area) via email once your order ships so you can follow your Italian treasures all the way to your door.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

Please note: Due to food safety regulations, all food items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

 
Damaged Items

 If you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and forward photos to info@cuppino.it.

We'll get you squared away with a replacement as soon as possible—no questions asked, no hassle.

For damaged or defective items, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund (your choice).
